Important Notes:

1. ● Residential hostel accommodation shall be mandatory for all enrolled students.
2. ● Students shall be required to submit post-dated cheques dated 1 June for the complete course duration, drawn in favor of Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences.
3. ● Academic fees shall be payable continuously for each academic year. In the event that a student is required to repeat any year, the prescribed regular fee applicable to the repeated year shall be payable in accordance with institutional norms.
4. ● The fee for every academic session must be remitted on or before the stipulated due date. Any unpaid amount remaining after the due date shall attract a late payment charge at the rate of 3000/- per day
5. ● The University Professional External Examination fee of ₹50,000 per subject shall be levied separately.
6. ● Candidates shall be required to pay ₹25,000 in the first year towards uniforms, and ₹20,000 each in the second, third, and fourth years.
7. ● An additional annual charge of ₹48,000(equivalent to ₹4,000 per month), shall be applicable for non-AC hostel rooms; and ₹72,000(equivalent to ₹6,000 per month), shall be applicable for AC hostel rooms towards 24-hour uninterrupted power backup.
8. ● Laundry charges amounting to ₹36,000 shall be payable by the students.
9. ● Special food facilities, including high tea with evening snacks, night milk, and egg curry and sweets twice a week, shall be provided at an annual charge of ₹36,000.
10. ● A one-time charge of ₹15,000 shall be payable towards the prospectus, medical check-up, and unlimited OPD consultations.
11. ● Dedicated high-speed internet facilities exclusively for students shall be provided at a charge of ₹12,000 per year.
12. ● An amount of ₹55,000 shall be charged in the first year, and ₹40,000 per year for the second, third, and fourth years, towards practical manuals, textbooks, e-learning tutorials, logbooks, testimonials, subscriptions, bone set kit, stethoscope, and other academic-related materials.
13. ● An amount of ₹50,000 per annum shall be charged towards transportation expenses.
14. ● Internship shall be compulsory from the same college, in accordance with the Gazette Notification dated 18 November 2021 issued by the National Medical Commission. Charges towards accommodation, food, and other applicable expenses during the internship period shall be borne by the interns.

• Any increments in fees will be payable if any orders are passed by Hon’ble Court of Law or by the State Government.
• Fee for each academic session must be deposited within due date otherwise a fine @ 18% per year will be charged on the pending amount.
• University Professional (External) Exam fee shall be charged extra as per Rules and Regulation of Institution.
• Residents Must Pay One-time charge of ₹20,000 for Medical Checkup.
• Dedicated high-speed internet, exclusively for residents, will be charged at ₹8,400 per year.
• A charge of ₹4,000 per month will be applicable for non-AC hostel rooms, and ₹6,000 per month for AC hostel rooms for 24-hour uninterrupted power backup.
• Laundry charges of ₹33,000/- (Annually) shall be charged to the residents.
• Special food such as high tea with evening snacks, milk in the night, along with egg curry and sweets twice a week will be provided at an annual charge of ₹30,000.
• Residents shall pay ₹2,00,000/- towards thesis support, and ₹70,000/- as transportation cost. This amount includes kits, consumables, reagents, and other necessary materials. The fee also covers statistics support for research projects and is payable at the preliminary admission stage.
